3D printing and parts designed for printing

Need a part you cannot buy? We design it and 3D print it: replacement knobs and clips, holders, boxes for electronics and prototypes of new products.

What this is

A 3D printer builds a part layer by layer from plastic. It is a quick and low-cost way to make one part or a few, without paying for a mould.

The design matters as much as the printer. A part drawn without printing in mind can come out weak, waste plastic on supports or not fit. We design for the printer: the right wall thickness, holes sized for real screws and bearings, and the part turned so it prints strong and clean.

Who it is for

  • People who need a replacement for a broken plastic part
  • Shops that want a stand, holder or display
  • Students and makers who need a box or a mount
  • Product makers who want to test a design before making a mould

What you get

  • The printed part in PLA or PETG
  • The 3D model, shown to you before printing
  • The print-ready STL file, if you want to print it yourself

How it works

  1. 1Send a photo or the old part

Or a sketch with the sizes.

  2. 2We design the part

You see the 3D model before anything is printed.

  3. 3We print it

In PLA for most uses, or PETG where it has to take heat or stay outdoors.

  4. 4You collect it

Or take the STL file and print it yourself.

What to send us

  • Photos with a ruler in the picture, or the part itself
  • The main sizes

Our own project

Telescopic pan-tilt camera mount

Our founder's own design for the camera on a farm rover. The column slides up and down and locks with a push button. A bearing lets the camera turn left and right smoothly, two small motors aim it, and the camera sits in a closed box. The mast was tested for strength in software before it was printed.

  • Printed in PLA
  • Turns, tilts and rises 60 mm
  • Strength-tested in software (FEA)

QR code stand for a shop counter

Holds a 100 × 150 mm QR card at an easy angle for customers to scan. It prints in about two and a half hours with no support material. The QR on this card is a demo and does not take payments.

  • About 45 g of plastic
  • No supports needed
  • Logo pressed into the front

Questions people ask

Which materials do you print in?

PLA and PETG. PLA suits most indoor parts and has a clean finish. PETG is tougher and handles heat and sunlight better.

Can you copy a broken plastic part?

Usually, yes. Send the pieces or clear photos with a ruler next to them. We redraw the part and can make it thicker where it broke.

How strong is a 3D printed part?

Strong enough for holders, clips, covers, knobs and many machine parts, if it is designed for printing. It will not replace a metal part that carries a heavy load.

Can I get only the design file?

Yes. We can send the STL file so you can print it on your own printer or at another shop.
